Martin Markiewicz is the co-founder and CEO of Silent Eight, a company that develops artificial intelligence-powered solutions to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. Silent Eight’s solutions are widely utilized by leading banks for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter-Terrorism Financing) purposes.
Martin Markiewicz has over 16 years of experience in software and artificial intelligence solutions across diverse applications. With a strong educational foundation in mathematics and a passion for entrepreneurship, he has built several successful startups in Europe and Asia, including one that culminated in a successful IPO.
In 2001, Martin launched his first startup, konsultant.it, providing software and hardware development solutions for SMEs. He later joined Wola Info, a leading European IT company, as a strategic sales director. Subsequently, he founded SevenFlow Investments, a multidisciplinary engineering company recognized for landmark projects. SevenFlow Investments ultimately became part of a highly successful IPO.
