Ute Franzen-Waschke is a leadership coach and keynote speaker who challenges today’s leaders to reflect, adapt, and lead with clarity in a fast-changing, tech-driven world. Drawing on her international experience in multinational organizations, Ute speaks to the paradoxes shaping the modern workplace where complexity is constant, hybrid is here to stay, and wellbeing can no longer be an afterthought.

She is the author of How to Create a Successful Remote Work Culture and a co-author in the Changing Conversations for a Changing World series (Volumes 1 and 2). Her peer-reviewed research on leadership, hybrid work, and organizational wellbeing has been published in the GiLE Journal of Skills Development and in Springer’s 2024 volume Sustainability in Business Education, Research and Practices. Ute also contributes regularly to the Forbes Coaches Council and co-authors the ongoing column “Sustaining Resilience” and “Beyond Resilience” on The Three Tomatoes platform.
