Andrew Kohlrieser keynote speaker

Andrew Kohlrieser is the CEO of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute, and a former United States Congressional policy advisor and legislative correspondent.

Andrew is an experienced leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution consultant. He is the CEO of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute and co-author of books with his father, including the revised edition of Hostage at the Table. 

Mr. Kohlrieser served a Republican Congressman and senior member of the House Financial Services Committee. While there, he oversaw various issue areas, including the international affairs, small business, and government oversight portfolios. He has directly engaged with America’s top fiscal and monetary policy makers, both on Capitol Hill and beyond.

The Kohlrieser Leadership Institute promotes the Secure Base Leadership principles developed by Dr. George Kohlrieser. Andrew is half-Italian, half-American, and speaks five languages.
