Before TCV, speaker Jessica Neal served as Chief Talent Officer at Netflix, where she shaped the company’s renowned culture through a period of explosive global expansion. During her 11-plus years there across two tenures, she played a pivotal role in evolving the organization from a DVD-by-mail operation into a world-class streaming entertainment leader.

Jessica’s leadership journey also includes serving as Chief People Officer at Scopely, where she strengthened people strategies for one of the fastest-growing mobile gaming companies, and as Head of People at Coursera, helping to build foundational talent systems at the leading online learning platform.

In addition to her work at TCV, she shares insights on the future of work as a podcast co-host and advises high-growth companies as a board member, blending strategic vision with practical experience in organizational design and culture building.
