Michal Filip Kowalik is a go-to-market and partnerships leader who has spent his career turning frontier technology into revenue and real-world impact. He currently drives partner go-to-market at ElevenLabs, the AI voice-technology company, where he works at the front line of how enterprises adopt voice AI across customer service, sales, and operations. Earlier he served as VP of International Operations and Global Alliances at Yext, and before that spent over a decade at Intel followed by a period at Twilio, where he built a $58M business around humanitarian aid and emergency healthcare from the ground up.
Alongside his commercial work, Michal chairs the Advisory Board of Tech To The Rescue, a global non-profit that matches technology companies with social-impact organizations to help them scale through digital solutions — an expression of his long-standing belief in using technology for good. He holds a PhD in Economics (Statistics & IT) from the University of Gdansk, is based in London, and works across international markets in several languages. He is a voracious reader and a systems thinker who favours rigorous, framework-driven approaches to strategy and execution.
