Betsy Reed keynote speaker

Betsy works with leaders, teams, and movements ready to shift not just what they do, but how they show up and create impact. The hallmark of their approach is a unique combination of radical empathy, courage, sharp insight, and a talent for creating intentional disruption when needed—turning it directly into fruitful momentum.

With over 20 years of global experience across sustainability, strategy, communications, and executive education, Betsy is known for bringing depth, clarity, humor, and a distinct ability to make the complex practical. They have coached Fortune 500 executives, advised governments, taught leadership at the university level, and led powerful culture change initiatives, consistently weaving together the strategic and the soulful.

Their work equips leaders and organizations to practice leadership that is embodied, wise, and impactful. As a veteran consultant, somatic practitioner, leadership coach, and student of sexology, Betsy helps individuals build conscious, human-centered ways of leading and relating.

Bringing boardroom credibility and a grounded presence that can transform an entire room, Betsy offers an approach unlike any other—especially resonant for those who understand somatics and metaphysics.

Off the stage and outside the boardroom, Betsy is a champion baker, salsa dancer, signature lipstick wearer, dog devotee, and advocate for golden-hearted rebels. They deliver programs fluently in US English, British English, and Spanish.
