Gosia Rdest is a Polish professional racing driver, international motorsport competitor and motivational speaker whose career demonstrates the power of determination, resilience and high performance. Having competed in some of Europe's most demanding racing championships, including W Series, GT4 European Series, Audi Sport TT Cup and Alpine ELF Cup Series, she has established herself as one of Poland's most accomplished female racing drivers.
Born in Żyrardów, Poland, Gosia discovered her passion for motorsport at an early age and began competing in karting as a young teenager. Her talent, discipline and competitive spirit quickly helped her progress through national karting competitions and into international single-seater racing. In 2011, she won the Polish KF2 Karting Championship, marking an important milestone in her development as a professional driver.
Her international racing career has taken her through a diverse range of competitive championships, including Formula BMW Talent Cup, British Formula 4, Volkswagen racing series, Audi Sport TT Cup, ADAC TCR Germany and GT4 European Series. Competing against experienced international drivers, she developed the technical precision, mental focus and adaptability required to perform at the highest levels of motorsport.
In 2019, Gosia joined W Series, the international single-seater championship created to provide greater opportunities for women in professional racing. As the only Polish driver in the inaugural championship, she represented her country on an international stage while helping challenge traditional perceptions of women's participation in motorsport.
Throughout her career, Gosia has achieved significant racing milestones, including podium finishes in the Audi Sport TT Cup, success in GT4 competition and class victories in the Dubai 24-hour endurance race. Her experience across multiple racing disciplines has given her a distinctive understanding of performance under pressure, rapid decision-making and the importance of collaboration between drivers, engineers and technical teams.
In 2026, Gosia returned to international competition in the Alpine ELF Cup Series following a break after the birth of her second daughter. Driving the Alpine A110 Cup, she quickly re-established herself as a competitive force, securing podium finishes and a historic victory at Dijon-Prenois, becoming the first Polish woman to win a race in the championship. Her return represents another powerful example of determination, preparation and the ability to pursue ambitious goals through changing personal and professional circumstances.
Beyond racing, Gosia is a committed advocate for greater participation by women and girls in motorsport. She has been involved in initiatives supporting young female talent, including projects associated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), such as Girls on Track and Rising Stars. Through these activities, she has helped promote opportunities for young women to develop confidence, pursue technical careers and challenge established stereotypes.
Gosia also works with leading automotive and motorsport brands, combining her professional racing career with ambassadorial activities, media appearances and initiatives promoting the sport. Her collaborations include Alpine and ELF, reflecting her strong connection to the automotive industry and her ability to communicate the values of precision, reliability, innovation and performance.
Her experience provides compelling parallels between professional motorsport and the business world. In racing, success depends not only on individual talent but also on preparation, trust, communication, adaptability and the ability to make effective decisions under intense pressure. These same qualities are essential for leaders and teams navigating competitive markets, uncertainty and organizational change.
As a motivational speaker, Gosia draws on her experiences behind the wheel to explore the psychology of high performance, the importance of resilience and the courage required to challenge expectations. Her personal journey offers a perspective on overcoming setbacks, maintaining focus and pursuing ambitious goals even when the odds appear unfavorable.
Whether addressing corporate leadership conferences, team-building events, women's leadership initiatives or motivational gatherings, Gosia Rdest brings the energy and authenticity of professional motorsport to the stage. Her story encourages audiences to embrace challenges, develop a winning mindset and recognize that extraordinary results are built through consistent effort, teamwork and determination.
