Natalia Kowalska is a pioneering Polish racing driver, three-time national karting champion, motorsport entrepreneur and performance coach. As the first Polish driver to compete in the FIA Formula Two Championship, she broke barriers in one of the world's most demanding and competitive sporting environments, building a career defined by determination, resilience and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
Her passion for motorsport began at the age of seven, when she started karting, inspired by her older sister's involvement in racing. By the age of nine, she was competing professionally, quickly establishing herself as one of Poland's most promising young racing talents. During her karting career, she won three Polish Championship titles, two Polish Cups and numerous national medals, earning a place on the Polish national motorsport team.
After progressing through karting, Natalia moved into single-seater racing, gaining experience in Formula Renault, Formula 3 and other international racing categories. Her breakthrough came in 2010, when she entered the FIA Formula Two Championship, competing against male drivers on equal terms at some of Europe's most challenging racing circuits.
During the 2010 and 2011 seasons, Natalia made history as the first woman to score points in the FIA Formula Two Championship. Her achievements demonstrated not only exceptional driving ability but also the mental strength, technical discipline and competitive mindset required to succeed under extreme pressure.
Following her racing career, Natalia successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship and talent development. In 2012, she co-founded a karting school in Poland, and the following year established her own racing team. Over six years, drivers developed through her organization secured five Polish Championship titles and numerous national and international podium finishes.
In 2019, Natalia expanded her activities internationally by co-founding a karting team in Italy, one of the world's leading centers of motorsport development. The team worked with young drivers associated with the ORLEN and Sauber academies and Fernando Alonso's academy, achieving international success and helping promising talents advance toward professional racing careers.
Several drivers supported through these programs subsequently joined the Mercedes and Williams Formula 1 junior academies or progressed into Formula 4 competition. These achievements established Natalia as an experienced mentor and talent developer capable of identifying potential, building competitive teams and guiding young athletes through demanding performance environments.
Since 2023, Natalia has focused on managing the careers of young racing drivers and working as a performance coach. Drawing on decades of experience in professional motorsport, she helps athletes strengthen their mental preparation, develop effective racing strategies and maintain focus in situations where even the smallest mistake can determine the outcome.
Beyond the racetrack, Natalia has established herself as a motorsport commentator and expert, contributing to television channels including Eurosport, Canal+, Motorwizja and Sportklub. Her ability to analyze complex racing situations and explain the dynamics of competition has made her a recognizable voice in the Polish motorsport community.
Natalia has also expanded her activities into public speaking and business education. At the sixth edition of Święto Kapitalizmu, she addressed an audience of more than 400 entrepreneurs, sharing insights from her experience in professional racing and entrepreneurship. Her presentation was recognized among the event's four leading speeches, encouraging her to incorporate public speaking and workshops into her professional activities.
Her professional journey offers powerful parallels between elite sport and business leadership. From competing at high speeds under intense pressure to building international racing operations and mentoring future champions, Natalia understands the importance of preparation, adaptability, teamwork and decisive action.
She also brings a distinctive perspective on overcoming stereotypes and succeeding in traditionally male-dominated environments. Her experiences illustrate how confidence, perseverance and measurable performance can help individuals challenge expectations and establish credibility.
As a speaker, Natalia translates lessons from professional motorsport into practical insights for corporate audiences. Through personal stories, examples from the racetrack and her experience developing young talent, she explores what it takes to perform under pressure, overcome setbacks, build successful teams and pursue ambitious goals.
Whether addressing leadership conferences, corporate events, women's empowerment initiatives or motivational gatherings, Natalia inspires audiences to challenge limitations, embrace competition and approach their personal and professional ambitions with the mindset of a champion.
