Susie Wolff is a former professional racing driver, former Managing Director of F1 Academy, and one of the most compelling voices on high-performance culture, strategic leadership, and breaking barriers in male-dominated industries.

From competing at speeds exceeding 200 mph to breaking a 22-year drought for female drivers in Formula 1, Susie built her reputation on precision, resilience, and unyielding ambition. After retiring from driving, she transitioned into executive leadership, serving as Team Principal and co-owner of Venturi Racing in Formula E. Under her direction, the team achieved its most successful season in history, finishing as Vice World Champions. Most recently, as Managing Director of F1 Academy, she spearheaded Formula 1’s groundbreaking initiative to develop, showcase, and accelerate female talent across elite motorsport.
