Her defining proof came in March 2015, when the Nepal earthquakes flattened entire villages. Katie flew in and led 13 missions delivering aid to remote communities. An orphan herself, she had learned to read systems of belonging and abandonment long before she could name them, and in the chaos everyone else took for disorder, she saw what others missed: a child-trafficking network preying on girls displaced by the disaster. Seeing it was one thing. Tracing it to the system producing it, and building the structure that addressed it at the root, became the work of the decade that followed.
Today she applies the same pattern recognition to the largest infrastructure build in history. As Founder and CEO of Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings, Katie is building AI data centers powered by renewable energy and governed by community trusts: a working model for systems designed to compound value rather than extract it.
