Alain Mutricy is the owner of INNOV LLC, a consulting and coaching practice advising CEO’s and executive teams. INNOV most recent success led to the acquisition of its client assets by SYNOPSYS, a world-leading semiconductor IP Design Company in 1Q20.

Alain has been a consultant to work with SPRIM in the capacity of a Strategic Partnership Advisor and an executive in the Semiconductor Industry (Former VP at Texas Instruments and SVP at GlobalFoundries), and Mobile Hardware and platforms industry (SVP at Motorola Mobility). He held various roles of Business General Management and Product. He has also been an angel investor and advisor for Profusa, a medical equipment company and is passionate about the health industry digital transformation.

Alain held several Board Member positions (UIQ AB, INEDA, and the China JV of GlobalFoundries which he negotiated with the Chengdu Government).

Alain holds an MBA from HEC Paris, and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Arts et Metiers ParisTech (Paris).
