Guillem Graell is an entrepreneur and globally recognised brand strategist with over 18 years of experience in sports, FMCG, and entertainment. As Chief Marketing Officer of FC Barcelona from 2017 to 2021, he led the club's transformation into a global LoveBrand, making it the most valuable football brand in the world (Forbes Sports) and tripling digital product revenue to generate over €1 billion.
Under his leadership, Barça's social media platforms surpassed 400 million followers, becoming the world leader in interactions and the first football club to reach 10 million YouTube subscribers. He also founded Barça Studios — a D2C content model valued at over €250 million — and oversaw the club's NFT, crypto, and eSports strategies.
Today, Graell is co-founder and Managing Partner of D2F, a company dedicated to bridging and monetising the gap between LoveBrands and their fans in sports and entertainment. He also teaches at UPF Barcelona School of Management and ESADE Business School.
