The Challenge
Today’s leaders are required to make high-stakes decisions in an environment shaped by disruption, uncertainty, and constant change. Clear thinking is increasingly difficult when compounded by professional disagreements, personal pressures, and internal conflict.
In this context, the ability to think critically — deeply, differently, and courageously — is no longer optional. It is a leadership necessity.
