Vitor Prado is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Prado Capital Group. He is an attorney, entrepreneur, and investor.
Vitor worked at Cavi (Non-Regulated Fund) in São Paulo where he evaluated and closed commercial real estate private equity transactions in the countryside of São Paulo, around strategic airports. He was also an M&A corporate finance professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers structuring international multi-million dollar M&A transactions in the automotive, aerospace, information technology, general services, healthcare, education, food and agriculture, clean technology, banks and financials, and public services;
Mr. Prado worked as a sales consultant at an Israeli digital marketing company in the beginning of his career. He also was an intern at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo and at a boutique law firm, both in São Paulo, Brazil. He is proud of working for a nonprofit organization, TECHO in Brazil. TECHO (the Spanish word for “roof”) seeks to fight poverty by overseeing the construction of emergency transitional housing and implementing social empowerment programs for families in need. Mr. Prado still giving support for TECHO and works to increase the visibility of the organization in the United States and Europe.
Mr. Prado holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from PUC Law School and ESPM Business School in Brazil. Mr. Prado spent almost two years in London, UK working for Prado Capital Group and studying for an LLM in International Tax Law from King’s College London between 2014 and 2015. Mr. Prado dropped out of Harvard University (Master in Finance) in 2016 to focus his time on developing the Fund. Mr. Prado was a guest speaker at the Silicon Valley Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (SVIEF), Global Angels, and ProtoHack.
