Tojin T. Eapen is the founder of CForesight (Center for Creative Foresight), a research, education, and consulting organization studying big ideas capable of driving sustainable business impact. He also serves as a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board and is a member of the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2026 which identifies 30 emerging global management thinkers.
In the past, Tojin taught at the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri and the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He has also taught as a guest faculty member at the Global Leadership Program of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He has advised over 40 organizations, including Google, Samsung, ABB, KBR, Robert Bosch, NetApp, Qualcomm, Bureau Veritas, SKF, Tata Group, and Newell Brands.
Tojin's insights on strategic innovation have been featured by Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and California Management Review. His HBR cover article on “Augmenting Creativity” is an HBR Bestseller. His feature on “Products that Grow” was included among HBR’s 10 Must Reads in 2026, a collection of the most definitive business ideas of the previous year. His book, Bioinspired Strategic Design, published by Taylor and Francis (2024), co-authored with Dr. Daniel J. Finkenstadt, examines how human organizations can draw inspiration from living organisms to craft sustainable systems.
His work has been cited by leading organizations including Microsoft, GE, SAP, Deloitte, McKinsey, Mitsui & Co., Forbes, the United Nations Development Program, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, UNESCO, OECD, Ofcom UK, and the Freakonomics Blog. He has also served on the United States technical advisory group for the ISO 56000 standards on innovation management. Eapen holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
