Eran Ketter (PhD) is an acclaimed tourism advisor and keynote speaker, and a former advisor to the Israeli Ministry of Tourism - arguably one of the world's most challenging travel destinations to market. He is the author and co-author of over a dozen research reports for the European Travel Commission on COVID-19 travel (with MINDHAUS), policy papers for the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Economy, and the renowned books “Tourism Marketing for Developing Countries” and “Media Strategies for Marketing Places in Crisis”.
As a tourism thought leader, Eran Ketter’s professional work is based on active research, analysis of up-to-date tourism data (aka: his 'data-driven crystal ball'), and close relations with tourism policy makers and members of the industry. In recent years, he has worked globally to share his professional insights, speaking at leading tourism events in over 25 countries, including ITB Berlin, TEDx Tel Aviv and the UNWTO MobileTech Seminar.
