Oliver Cameron is a co-founder and CEO of Voyage. Voyage is a pioneer in the self-driving car industry.
Voyage’s mission is to deliver on the promise of self-driving cars. Voyage is building the technology to bring autonomous transportation to those who need it most. Voyage’s first product is an autonomous taxi service located within a 160,000 resident retirement community in Florida. Here, the fleet delivers on the promise of autonomous driving – solving the mobility needs of residents who need it most. Whether a resident faces mobility restrictions or just wants to take a ride, Voyage takes pride in getting every passenger to their destination safely, efficiently, and affordably.
Voyage is backed by Khosla Ventures, CRV, Initialized and Jaguar Land-Rover.
Oliver was previously the Vice President of Engineering, Content & Product at the online education startup Udacity (recently valued at over $1 billion). He also led the autonomous vehicle, artificial intelligence, and deep learning curriculum, working closely with pioneers in the industry such as Sebastian Thrun.
Prior to Udacity, Oliver founded a startup that went through the Silicon Valley incubator Y Combinator. That startup aimed to bring intelligence to the address book and was backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, and Tencent.
