Joseph Schooling

Joseph Schooling is Singapore’s most decorated swimmer and one of Asia’s most inspiring sporting figures. A three time Olympian, he represented Singapore at the London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. He pairs elite athletic achievement with sharp insights on discipline, resilience, and delivering under pressure.

In Rio, Joseph produced one of the defining moments in Olympic swimming, winning gold in the 100m butterfly and setting a new Olympic record time of 50.39 seconds. In doing so, he finished ahead of some of the sport’s most celebrated champions, including his childhood idol Michael Phelps, and secured Singapore’s first ever Olympic title.

Joseph’s journey to the top was built on years of focused training and an international outlook. He developed as an elite competitor in the United States, studying and racing at the University of Texas at Austin under legendary coach Eddie Reese, where he became an NCAA champion and one of collegiate swimming’s standout performers.

In 2024, Joseph announced his retirement from competitive swimming, closing a career that also included major medals across the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and SEA Games. In 2025, he was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame, becoming the first Singaporean to receive the honour and joining a select group of global swimming greats.

Today, Joseph brings the lessons of world class sport to organisations and audiences worldwide. Drawing on his experience of competing on the biggest stages, he speaks about setting ambitious goals, building repeatable habits, and staying composed when expectations are at their highest.

Bill Benjamin

Engaging and dynamic... you’d never know he is a math and computer guy!

Bill has a rare perspective – he has advanced degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and has 25 years of real-world business experience as a senior leader.  Bill is very authentic about the fact that he struggled early in his career as a leader when he was under pressure. He shares how he has been able to apply the very same techniques he teaches to become a better leader (and husband and father) himself.   In addition to using his background in sales to motivate and inspire audiences, Bill leverages his Mathematics and technical background to take a practical and scientific approach to helping people understand how the brain responds under pressure, and how that can help increase leadership and performance.

Bill is a partner at the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP), a successful international research and training company, named one of the “Fastest Growing Companies” in the “Fast 100” ranking in PROFIT Magazine.  Bill also contributed to the New York Times and Amazon bestselling book Performing Under Pressure, co-authored by IHHP’s JP Pawliw-Fry and noted psychologist Hendrie Weisinger.

The combination of Bill's practical nature and scientific approach to leadership make him a hit with analytical audiences. His high energy level and enthusiasm has resulted in a successful track record with discerning audiences that include surgeons, U.S Marines and NASA engineers.
