Dan Pontefract is a leadership strategist, keynoter, and culture change expert built on over twenty years of real-world executive experience. Unlike theoretical commentators, he brings proven, on-the-ground leadership expertise to organizational dynamics, having served in senior executive roles including Chief Learning Officer across major enterprises such as TELUS, SAP, Business Objects, and BCIT. During his tenure at TELUS, he spearheaded organizational performance strategies that drove employee engagement from 51% to 87% within just five years. In addition to his corporate work, he serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business.
As a recognized voice on organizational performance and human-centric leadership, Pontefract is the author of six award-winning books.
