Paola Gianotti is an athlete, traveler, author, and motivational speaker.
She has recently achieved her fourth Guinness World Record. She has traveled around the world and taken part in extreme challenges, yet this has not stopped her from advocating for road safety through the campaign “Io Rispetto il Ciclista” (“I Respect the Cyclist”).
Through her work as a mental coach, she brings her experiences into companies for training events and coaching programs.
Paola Gianotti is also the creator of 100 x 100 Donne, in collaboration with Gal Valli del Canavese and Canavese Village. The goal is to create a cycling tourism event exclusively for women, covering 100 or 50 km.
It is an awareness-raising event where the bicycle has become a tool for empowerment and independence, especially for women. The first edition was a huge success, with over 400 women participating, enjoying a day entirely dedicated to them and discovering the beautiful Canavese region.
